These are a series, mostly on canvas, that I painted after a sailing trip in 2023. My experience was different every day. I was in awe of all the beautiful colours of the ocean, from aquamarine through turquoise, to the deepest of midnight blues. Some mornings the sea was glassy with hardly a ripple and other times it twinkled and shimmered in the breeze. I loved every minute of it and can’t wait to be with the ocean again this summer.
